Temperature-changeable lettering film

1. Types of temperature-changeable lettering film

Temperature-changeable lettering film is divided into two types: TPU material and PES material. TPU material has three layers, the surface layer is PET film, the middle layer is TPU main film, and the bottom layer is a transparent protective film;

PES material has two layers, the surface layer is PET film, and the bottom layer is PES main film;

2. Size of temperature-changeable lettering film:

TPU material: 1.35m*25m/roll, the minimum order quantity for each color is 1 roll, in order to save freight, it can be cut, some customers require cutting into 2 rolls-67.5cm*25m/roll, or 3 rolls-45cm*25m/roll.

PES material: 1.35m*50m/roll, the minimum order quantity for each color is 1 roll. In order to save freight, it can be cut. Some customers require it to be cut into 2 rolls-67.5cm*50m/roll, or 3 rolls-45cm*50m/roll.

3. Machines for trial use of temperature-variable lettering film:

TPU material: Cut with a laser machine, such as a laser standard machine or a laser marking machine. Because TPU material is very elastic, ordinary lettering machines cannot cut it;

PES material: Cut with a lettering machine, because PES material is not elastic, it can be cut with an ordinary lettering machine or a laser machine.

4. Color classification of temperature-variable lettering film:

Temperature-variable lettering film can be made into solid colors, such as this black-red, black-blue, black-green, etc. Please see the color card:
